How to invite and manage members in Twin AI
Follow these steps to invite new members and manage existing ones in your organization
Step 1: Access the members tab
- Log in to your Twin AI account.
- Click on the "Organization" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Navigate to the "Members" tab (highlighted in the screenshot).
Step 2: Invite a new member
- Click the "+ Invite" button at the top of the members tab.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Click "Submit" to email the invitation to the new member.
Step 3: View and manage members
- View Members:
- All existing members are listed under the members tab.
- You can see their name, email, and the date they joined.
- Remove a member:
- To remove a member, click the trash icon next to their name.
Confirm the removal in the pop-up window.
Additional notes
- Invited members will receive an email with a link to join your organization.
By using the members tab, you can efficiently manage your team and ensure smooth collaboration within your organization.
