How to invite and manage members in Twin AI

Follow these steps to invite new members and manage existing ones in your organization

Step 1: Access the members tab

  • Log in to your Twin AI account.
  • Click on the "Organization" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Navigate to the "Members" tab (highlighted in the screenshot).


Step 2: Invite a new member

  • Click the "+ Invite" button at the top of the members tab.
  • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  • Click "Submit" to email the invitation to the new member.

Step 3: View and manage members

  • View Members:
    • All existing members are listed under the members tab.
    • You can see their name, email, and the date they joined.
  • Remove a member:
    • To remove a member, click the trash icon next to their name.
    • Confirm the removal in the pop-up window.


Additional notes

  • Invited members will receive an email with a link to join your organization.

By using the members tab, you can efficiently manage your team and ensure smooth collaboration within your organization.
