How to manage integrations in Twin AI

Twin AI allows you to connect your organization with third-party tools for enhanced functionality. Follow these steps to manage integrations.

Step 1: Access the integrations tab

  • Log in to your Twin AI account.
  • Click on the "Organization" icon in the top-right corner.
  • Navigate to the "Integrations" tab (highlighted in the screenshot).


Step 2: View available integrations

Under available integrations, you will see a list of tools you can connect to Twin AI. Some examples include:

  • Google: Connect to access Google drive.
  • Vincere: Integrate your Vincere account.
  • Exact Online: Link your Exact Online account for financial operations.


Step 3: Connect an integration

  • Find the tool you want to connect.
  • Click the "Connect" button.
  • Follow the prompts to authorize and link your account.
  • You may need to log in to the third-party tool and grant permissions.


Step 4: Manage connected integrations

  1. Connected integrations will appear under connected integrations at the bottom of the page.
  2. To disconnect an integration, use the options provided in this section.

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions for the third-party tool before attempting to connect it.
