  • Why does my account show €0 credits instead of €20?

  • Will TwinAI work with Mistral AI in the future?
    • Yes, integration with Mistral AI is planned within the coming months/weeks.

      Can I add other AI models through APIs?

    • Not directly, but there is a workaround available. Reach out on our public Slack channel or via support@twinai.nl for assistance.
  • What should I do if my workflow fails after running it?
    • Check the results page for details on errors and issues. You can specifically check per block or view the results for the entire workflow.

      Is there a workflow debugging screen?

    • Yes, the results page provides detailed debugging information under the "output" tab of each block.
  • How does TwinAI differ from Zapier or Make.com?
    • TwinAI focuses specifically on AI-driven automation. Zapier primarily handles API-to-API connections, while Make.com is a general no-code platform. TwinAI simplifies managing and scaling AI workflows.
  • Can prompts be stored in a library and reused in workflows?
    • TwinAI allows automation of processes, including storing and reusing prompts and email responses, integrating easily with platforms like Google Drive.

      Can I prompt in plain text as I do in ChatGPT?

    • Yes, plain text prompts are fully supported.

      What do markers like ## or *** do in prompts?

    • They indicate formatting and sections for AI interpretation. The ## markers specifically indicate headers or prioritized sections within prompts.
  • How can TwinAI connect to CRM systems like HubSpot?
    • Connections are possible through API blocks, HTTP blocks, and JavaScript script blocks. Webhooks are currently in alpha development.
  • How does TwinAI handle sensitive customer data?
    • Data privacy information is available here. Additionally, TwinAI is pursuing SOC-2 and ISO-27001 certifications.
  • Can workflows be trained on specific topics?
    • TwinAI does not currently support training workflows as AI agents but is exploring future possibilities.
  • How do I share workflows with clients?
    • Workflows can be shared via a public run page or through a shareable link provided in workflow settings.
