How to archive a document

Archive finished documents to keep your overview clean. Archived documents can be restored at any time.

1. Open the document

Navigate to the document you want to archive and open it in the editor.

2. Click Archive

Click the three-dot menu in the top right of the document header. Select Archive. The document moves out of the active list.

3. Find archived documents

On the Documents page, click the status filter (default: Active) and select Archived. To restore a document, open it and select Unarchive from the same menu.

Good to know

  • Archiving doesn't delete any content. All sections, sources, and history are preserved.
  • Archived documents don't appear in the default "Active" view.
