Payment methods and invoices

Everything about paying for Twin sits on one tab: your subscription, the card you pay with, your invoices, your billing address and your credits.

Open the Subscription tab

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  2. Select Organization.
  3. Open the Subscription tab.

The Subscription tab, with the Change subscription, Update payment method and View invoices buttons and the Billing address card

Only an Organization Owner can open the organization pages. If you do not have that role, ask a colleague who does.

Subscription, payment method and invoices

The three buttons on the Subscription card all open Twin's billing portal in a window on top of the app.

  • Change subscription shows your plan, what it costs, how often it is billed and the card it is paid with, plus links to edit or cancel the subscription.
  • Update payment method lists the cards on file, marks one as primary, and offers Add New to add another.
  • View invoices shows your billing history: one line per invoice with its number, amount and date, and a Download link for the PDF.

Without an active subscription, only View invoices is shown, next to the text No active subscription.

Change your billing address

The Billing address card below holds the name, email address and phone number that appear on your invoices.

  1. Click the pencil on the Billing address card.
  2. Fill in Email, First name, Last name and Phone number.
  3. Leave Use organization address as billing address ticked to reuse the address on the General tab, or untick it and type a separate address.
  4. Click Save changes. Twin confirms with Changes saved.

Credits and running out of funds

Use of Twin is paid for from a credit balance. When your organization runs out, a red banner appears across the top of Twin: You are out of funds. Please top up your account to continue using the service. Click Top up in that banner to open Buy credits, pick a credit pack and confirm. The amount is charged to the payment method on file, so make sure your billing details are complete before you top up.
