Connecting the Prompt Blocks
Welcome once again. I hope you're all just as excited as I am. Now we are going to get all the prompt blocks together, publish and run it a few times in between just to make sure that your output is still correct.
The output of the workflow is still the last block, so it's not available yet. If I click on run, I won't see any results. But we do see the output of each block. I can click on "Run block" to test individual blocks.
Please keep testing and running your workflow as you build it.
Creating the Development Plan
The development plan will eventually be a Word document, as I showed in the beginning. You can search for "Word" or "doc" in the utilities. Click on "Edit" first, then drag "Write Doc" over and connect the three prompt blocks. These three chapters will be the output in the personal development plan.
Rename the "Write Doc" block to "Write Development Plan" for clarity. We'll upload an input file later. Check the help desk for more information on that. It's technical, but that's the power of Twin AI. Our developers are constantly improving the platform to make formatting and this process much easier.
In the settings, specify the three chapters: Talents, Growth Potential, and Growth Suggestions. Connect each chapter to the corresponding prompt block output.
Uploading the Template File
Upload a template file for the development plan. I will cut out the details, but check our help desk for information on the required file format. The template should have exactly these parts.
Selecting the Workflow Output
Click on the workflow background and select the last block as the output. Rename it to "Expected Output - Development Plan" for clarity.
When you click "Connect data source" in the workflow's general settings, you should select the last block. This is a temporary bug that will be fixed soon. When done correctly, you will get the results I showed in the beginning.
Adding Training Templates
To improve the workflow results, we'll add some training data. Drag the blocks down and left to create space.
We'll train the Talents prompt with an example. Since the development plan has three chapters, split your training data accordingly. Create separate templates for Talents, Growth Potential and Growth Suggestions.
Click the plus icon and select "Template" to add new templates. Rename them "Template Talents", "Template Growth Potential", and "Template Growth Suggestions".
Copy and paste the relevant parts of a previous development plan into each template. Click "Save" after adding the example text.
Connect the templates to the prompt blocks. Add a new settings item named "Template Talents" and connect the "Template Talents" output. Repeat for Growth Potential and Growth Suggestions.
Adding 3-6 good templates is much better than adding 10 mediocre ones.
Using Templates in Prompts
To use the templates in the prompts, add them using double brackets. For example, in the Talents prompt, scroll down to the example section and add [[Template Talents]].
Repeat this for the Growth Potential and Growth Suggestions prompts. If there are no red borders after saving, the templates are connected successfully.
Publishing and Running the Workflow
Click "Publish", then "Run". The results will appear in the top right corner. You can view results per block by selecting a block.
Test different AI models like OpenAI03, Gemini, etc. to get the best results.
Workflow Cost
This workflow, using the 03 mini model once, ChatGPT 4.0 twice, and Assembly AI for transcription, costs only €6 cents in total. You can't do it yourself for that price.
