How Twin Docs works

Twin Docs guides you through the grant writing process in three steps.

1. Upload your project information

Gather your project documentation (proposals, technical descriptions, budgets, prior applications) and add them as sources in the Sources tab. You can also attach files directly in the AI Agent chat. Twin Docs processes each file and extracts a summary the AI can use.

2. AI structures and drafts your application

Select the subsidy scheme you are applying for. Twin Docs automatically builds the correct application structure with the right sections, word limits, and assessment criteria. Choose Fast mode for a quick single-pass draft, or Pro mode for autonomous research and iterative writing.

3. Review, collaborate, and export

Review the AI-generated draft section by section. Leave comments, chat with the AI for revisions, or edit inline. Compare past versions in the section history. Collaborate with your team in real time, then export the final document when ready.
