How Twin Docs ensures compliance

Every subsidy scheme has specific requirements for structure, content, and length. Twin Docs enforces these requirements throughout the writing process so you can focus on substance rather than formatting.

Scheme-specific document structure

When you create a document, Twin Docs loads the exact section structure required by the subsidy scheme. For example, a WBSO application automatically includes sections like Projectomschrijving, Technische knelpunten, and Fasering werkzaamheden — in the correct order, with the correct headings.

Each section includes funder-specific instructions. Expand the Instructions panel on any section to see exactly what the funder expects:

Built-in guardrails

  • Character and word limits — Each section tracks the funder's length requirements. You'll see exactly how much space you have left.
  • Input quality scores — Before generating, Twin Docs scores how well your source material covers what the funder asks for. Low scores tell you where to add more input before generating.
  • Content grounded in your data — The AI generates text based on the source material you provide (interviews, project plans, technical docs), not generic filler. This keeps your application specific and defensible.
