How to review and edit AI-generated content

Twin Docs generates a first draft for each section based on your input data. Review the output, provide feedback, and iterate until you're satisfied.

Review workflow

  1. Read the generated text — check each section for accuracy, completeness, and tone.
  2. Check the input quality score — sections with a low score may contain more AI-generated assumptions. Consider adding more input data to improve them.
  3. Leave comments — hover over a section and click the purple comment button to tell the AI what to change. See How to give expert feedback for tips.
  4. Mark sections as done — toggle off the Draft checkbox once a section is ready.

Improving results

  • Add more input data — upload additional source documents or paste extra context via Edit input data. Then click Update document to regenerate.
  • Be specific in comments — "Add a paragraph about the testing methodology" works better than "make this section longer."
  • Use the Instructions — expand the Instructions panel on each section to understand exactly what the funder expects.
