How to review and edit AI-generated content

Twin Docs generates a first draft for each section based on your sources. Review the output, provide feedback, and iterate until you are satisfied.

1. Read the generated text

Check each section for accuracy, completeness, and tone. Expand Instructions on any section to see what the funder expects.

2. Check input quality scores

Open the Table of Contents tab in the side panel. Sections with a low score may contain more AI-generated assumptions. Add more sources to improve them.

3. Give feedback

Hover over a section and click the comment icon to leave a comment. The AI reads your comments when generating in Pro mode. For broader feedback, type instructions in the AI Agent chat. See How to give expert feedback for tips.

4. Edit directly

Click into any section to edit the text. Changes save automatically. Use undo/redo in the section toolbar to revert changes.

Improving results

• Add more sources; upload additional files in the Sources tab.
• Use the chat; ask the AI to rewrite, expand, or refine specific sections.
• Compare versions; open the section details to view past versions.
• Be specific in comments; "Add a paragraph about the testing methodology" works better than "make this section longer."
