Understanding document sections

Every document in Twin Docs is organized into sections that match the structure required by the subsidy scheme. The AI generates content for each section based on your input data.

Anatomy of a section

Document section showing title, instructions, toolbar, input quality, and generated content

Each section shows:

  • Title — the section name as defined by the subsidy scheme.
  • Instructions — click to expand guidance on what this section should contain. Use this to understand what the funder expects.
  • Input quality — shows how much of the required information is covered by your input data. A higher percentage means less AI hallucination.
  • Character count — tracks the current length against the section limit.
  • Draft toggle — marks whether this section still needs review.

Section toolbar

Each section has a toolbar with:

  • Undo / Redo — revert or reapply changes to the generated text.
  • More options (···) — additional actions for the section.
  • Comment button — hover over a section to reveal the purple comment button. Use it to give feedback that the AI uses to improve the next draft.

Table of contents

The left sidebar lists all sections with their input quality scores, so you can quickly navigate and see which sections need attention.
