Get from zero to a finished grant document in four steps.

1. Create a new document

Click New document and pick your subsidy type (WBSO, MIT, DEI+). The document is created with the correct structure. Learn more →

2. Add your sources

Upload project plans, technical descriptions, and other reference material via the Sources tab or by attaching files in the chat. Managing sources →

3. Generate and review

Send a message in the AI Agent chat to start generating. Choose Fast mode for quick drafts or Pro mode for thorough, research-driven writing. Review the output, leave comments, or chat with the AI to refine. Review and edit →

4. Export as PDF

Click Download in the top right and select Latest version to generate a PDF ready for submission. Export guide →
