How to set up your account when receiving an invite link
When someone invites you to their Twin AI organization, here's how to get set up.
1. Check your email
You'll receive an invitation email from Twin AI. Click Accept Invitation (or copy the link into your browser).

2. Create your account
The link takes you to Twin AI where you'll set your password and complete your profile. If you already have an account, you'll be added to the organization automatically.

3. Understand your role
Your access level depends on the role assigned by the person who invited you:
- Organization Owner — full access to all settings, billing, and content
- Document Editor — can create and edit documents
- Document User — can view documents
If you need a different role, ask the organization owner to update it from Organization → Members.
