How to set up your account when receiving an invite link

Follow these steps to set up your account when receiving an invite link per mail. Please note: this can only be done when you are actually invited to your organization's account.

Check your inbox. You should have received an e-mail that looks like the screenshot below:

However, we are updating our system to make the invite e-mail look like the following screenshot:

After clicking the link, follow the steps on the Twin AI website. This includes setting up a password. Depending your rights, you can see your organizations workflow(s) here: https://app.twinai.nl/workflows.


Navigate to the members tab on https://app.twinai.nl/user/organization to see your rights. There are three different members:

  1. Owner: you have all rights. You can edit, delete and duplicate workflows. You can change payment details. You can also invite new members. Usually there are 1 to 3 owners per organization, and 1 to 3 owners from Twin AI.
  2. Editors: you can edit, delete and duplicate workflows. These are usually the AI Automation Engineer from Twin AI that build your workflows.
  3. User: you can only use the workflows, but can't edit, delete or duplicate them. Your account rights are limited. If you think you should have more rights, talk to your organization owner.
