Understanding user roles
Twin Docs uses three user roles to control what members can do within your organization. Roles are assigned when you invite a member.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Organization Owner | Full access — manage billing, organization settings, members, and all documents |
| Document Editor | Create, edit, and comment on documents |
| Document User | View documents and leave comments |
Good to know
- Only Organization Owners can manage billing and organization settings.
- To change someone's role, go to Organization → Members and update it from there.
