How to manage your input data
Your input data is the foundation of every AI-generated section. The more relevant information you provide, the better the output.
Open the input data dialog
From the document editor, click Edit input data in the left sidebar.

What you can provide
- Files — upload PDFs, Word documents, or spreadsheets. Click Select files to browse.
- Additional information — paste or type any extra context the AI should use (project background, technical details, earlier applications).
Tips
- The more complete your input, the higher your input quality score and the less the AI needs to fill in gaps.
- You can update your input data at any time and click Update document to regenerate sections with the new information.
