How to collaborate on a document with your team
Twin Docs makes it easy for your team to work together on grant documents. Here's how to get started with collaboration.
1. Invite your team
Organization owners can invite team members from the Members page in organization settings. Once invited, members get access to all shared documents in the organization.

2. Work on documents together
All organization members can open and edit shared documents. The document editor always shows the current state, so everyone is looking at the latest version.
3. Coordinate with comments
Team members can leave comments on individual sections to give feedback, ask questions, or coordinate who handles what. This keeps discussions tied to the relevant part of the document.
