How to collaborate on a document with your team

Twin Docs makes it easy for your team to work together on grant documents.

1. Invite your team

Organization owners can invite team members from the Members page in organization settings. Once invited, members get access to all shared documents. How to invite and manage members →

2. Work on documents together

All organization members can open and edit shared documents. Changes appear in real time, so everyone sees the latest version without refreshing.

3. Coordinate with comments

Hover over a section and click the comment icon to leave feedback. Comments keep discussions tied to the relevant part of the document. The AI reads unresolved comments when generating, so feedback from any team member is incorporated.
