Onboarding guide for AI consultants

Welcome to Twin AI! As an AI consultant, your main role is to help businesses automate repetitive work with AI through our platform. Follow these key steps to get started. Except for step 1 and 2, you can take them in any random order.

Step 1: Schedule an onboarding call with Roel

Start with an onboarding call with Roel to cover:

  • Best practices for AI consulting.
  • Engaging potential clients.
  • Navigating and optimizing the Twin AI platform.

📌 Book your call via this link. Feel free to prepare some questions!

Step 2: Make your own outreaches

  • Identify businesses that would benefit from AI. Make sure you do this with your specialty.
  • Connect with them via LinkedIn, email, or industry events.
  • Approach 25 to 50 potential customers per week.
  • Share how AI can improve their operations and invite them to a demo.
  • When you have a demo, you can always invite Twin AI to join.

Other steps

Join a demo call hosted by Twin AI

  • Experience Twin AI in action.
  • Learn how to calculate AI ROI.

Explore the Twin AI platform

  • Create an account (if you didn't do that yet) and create your own workflow(s).
  • Try completing at least one workflow in your first two weeks.
  • Reach out to Roel for help if needed. Here's the call link again.

Invite yourself (or wait until Twin AI does this) to build a workflow together

  • Usually a Twin AI employee is building a workflow for themselves or a basic workflow for a potential client. Ask us to build such a workflow together (or wait until we invite you to work together on one).

Define your specialty & recurring work

  • Identify industries where you can add value.
  • Specialize in AI-powered solutions where your specialty is.
    • Teacher? Build a workflow to grade tests that your students made, writes homework assignments or summarises parent-teacher talks.
    • Coach? Build a workflow that write personal development plans, creates training assignments etc.
    • Consultant? Build a workflow that writes reports, answer questions of your clients based on your knowledge, etc. etc.

Needless to say, you can also do other work to feel comfortable working with AI. Options are building a CustomGPT (and see where it lacks), follow an online course (like Coursera) or other steps you might want to take.
